This exchange revealed a profound truth: there is still a communication gap. Instead of seeing things as right or wrong, we realized that many women were missing opportunities to connect simply because they hadn’t had the chance to sit together and share their experiences. This moment invigorates the creation of EmpowerHer. We dreamed of a warm and inclusive space where women from all backgrounds could gather, share their stories, learn from one another, and have a sense of belonging.
EmpowerHer is not merely a traditional integration and mentoring project; it’s about building meaningful connections rather than instructing one another. It’s a space for real conversations, where questions are encouraged, and support is offered freely.
